Okay, this debate needs to move to evidence based on legal reporting. The use of sites like Market index as a source of truth is horrible and misleading. Go to the ASX announcements and do some actual research by way of the financial statements which are legally binding.
Michael Cooper's balance of shares owned as at 30 June 2021 is the full 2,678,420 (page 11). Then go further down to the top 20 shareholders (page 52) and you will discovery the 2,678,420 is registered to an entity called Willar Pty Ltd. The reporting by Market Index most likely captured the move of shares into a financial entity during the year (effectively this is a sale to himself), but doesn't ascertain that this is still shares owned by Michael Cooper.
Therefore: Michael Cooper as of June 30 2021still owns the shares and he only increased his holding during the year.
