i am in the believer camp.
i hope that they are raising 16 million shares at 85 cents with small holders given a chance to participate.
i wouldnt be too upset if it all went to a big player however.
16 million extra shares isnt many given this is a tightly held company.
my numbers would be about 12 million in the bank. hopefully means ramping up production for when the faa comes through. it seems like delta and boeing are on board already
