why would they issue shares at 62 cents when the share price has been in the nineties for the last week or more and climbing unless toby and board give us shareholders a bloody good explanation as to why then to me it looks totally irresponsible i would have thought at least 70 /75 cents they have a commitmant to us shareholders to get the best deal possible if this 62 cents per share as stated is right not good enough
