If you read their past announcements you would see that there is at least one more CR to come. They need (/ed) $180M to complete phase 1a and were only seeking funding for $150M so they will need to raise at least $30M at some stage. The pending announcement will probably add to that total. The extent to which funding falls short or costs overrun will all need to be raised. All IMO and DYOR
