Seafarms Group Limited – Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Seafarms Group Limited (Seafarms or the Company)
requests that an immediate trading halt be placed on its securities pending an
announcement to the market regarding:
- The company is in possession of material information in respect of project costs;
- We are not able to prepare a market update, review and authorise it, and then release
before the open of the market at 10am Eastern time;
- The Trading Halt request enables the Company to prepare a market update and be in
place until the earlier of;
o The update is released to the market, or
o The market open on Mon 11th October 2021
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of
any other information relevant to this request.
