At say 0.014, the ATL and a small discount to the current SP, NOR could only raise about $700k.
I doubt they would blow the rest of their placement capacity on 1 CR as it would leave no margin for error.
By the way... the perma-bulls alluding to be in the know is highly doubtful. They rarely get any calls right over the years. Have a look when these current oppies were released. One guy was saying that is $8m in the bank to go with $100m annual revenues and suggested a dividend of 0.023. Comedy gold. The current SP is 30% less than the dividend call. lol
