One issue which may be of concern is what will that new significant holder do regarding the raising...... will they participate? As based on all the shares they have been buying they will suffer dilution if they don't..... and if they don't participate what does that say for their purpose to buy WFL in the first place? Do they believe in the company or were they a ruse to inflate the SP in order to get this cap raising over the line at a higher price than the last one (7.5c).

Time will tell.....
