    The reason for the halt is definately cr. It is stated in the request letter to asx and can be viewed in announcements.
    only question is size and price. Often details appear on HC before they are officially announced as many here are registered "sophisticated investors" and as such they get the offer in front of them first, often before it is announced to public. I guess they think it's not a problem as long as TH in place.
