I actually don't mind this raise as things go. Terrible dilution and SOI will be apporaching the 1 Billion mark after the next raise...it's terribly difficult to get sustained traction in the market with a billion shares floating about unless you make a true killer strike.

But at least they went early so there isn't months of anticipation weighing it down and they are taking enoug to sustain for a decent period this time. No more bi or tri-annual million dollar raises would be a step in the right direction.

Must be the new CEO. I wouldnt give you a tuppence for the board and i think he has a real challenge to reform this failed explorer and all the dead director weight that pays itself handsomely come rain hail or shine. They are entrenched and stuck in failed ways IMO. But i have come 360 on him. I wish him good luck.
