Didn't read that presentation but it would be surprising that they never released an ann to say it has commenced as they have in the past. Last ann was 16th Sept saying the rig "will be on site within the next two weeks" it would be normal to confirm drilling has commenced via an ann if it indeed has.
Either way...3.5 - 4 months from early October if they have indeed started tells me late January - mid February is likely before you see any results.
