Apologies for sounding alarming, it was written in haste on the run. Reason as to why westpac facility is being replaced is unknown. Granted if westpac is no longer going to be a lender that could be due to westpac specific reasons and nothing to do with project quality.

What do you conclude from "supersede and replace the Westpac facility"?
