They're getting $10m now, $15m in two years if shares can reach 40c, then another roughly $11m by my maths (!?) June 2024c if the shares get over 60c.... effectively raising $36m in 44 months... A hell of a dilution, multiple price ceilings weighing on the share price. Show's little confidence in revenue growth going forward. Huge operating costs, director salaries etc. I feel shares will trade initially around 25-26c then in a few months 24c... all my opinion
