yes it is share purchase laden with options so you are right that it is more like $36 mil, though I don't see as no confidence in revenue rather it's the cost of doing joint ventures ... 50/50 investment is just that and if they plan on doing 29 joint ventures by 2026 they will need every cent if not more.
the upside is JV should generate more revenue than straight up machines sales in the long run, downside is increased risk and heavy dilution especially for those who purchased at the $3 mark..
