So in summary are saying good aquisition but at too low a share price with too much dilution? Surely DT considered that and there must have been a good reason to move now even at depressed prices? Opportunity cost of waiting 6 months? Higher price for Kaddy in 6 months offsetting higher SP?
I trust DT is weighing up all these considerations and not just giving away cheap shares to his mates at Kaddy to make the business look bigger through aquisition and not organic growth, as some have suggested. As we have seen with many successful start ups, scaling early and agressively helps you take the competition by storm and cramps their ability to respond. If this means a bit more dilution then maybe it's worth it?
