Kaddy is now a well known and established fast growing B2B marketplace. It is also the "trendy" marketplace with a catchy name. Yes they are another cost on top of costs, but whatever they are offering must of been enough for businesses to look past that small fee. Combined with our logistics service there will be nothing stopping our marketplace growth, it's almost guaranteed going forward.

Kaddy was the only other marketplace I was worried about, and now it's ours. The way I see it Dean and the board have diluted my holdings by 20% to guarantee I'll be retiring within 24 months
