    There are about 10,000 shareholders of DW8.

    $2M / 10,000 = $200 each if they all apply for SPP.

    If 10% or 1,000 apply for maximum of $30k = $30M.

    If 1% or 100 apply for maximum of $30k = $3M.

    Better load up on market as it doesn't appear will get much via SPP. SPP will tie up the funds then cannot buy on market until funds are refunded due to being oversubscribed.
