I expect the platinum price to surge in the next few years, given the long lead time for mine development I expect this cap raising could be part of the preparation for this.
Cap raisings involve institutions running the ruler over the company- how well the POD share price fares after the halt is lifted will depend on how well the cap raising is subscribed to by the big instuto's.
