This map shows the bit of land AOP purchased of BNR/MAT JV BNR 80% for $5.6m a few months back.

BNR still have a lot of land close to Rebecca. If AOP get taken over then obviously BNR will benefit from their shareholding in AOP but obviously the area might fire up too.
