well funded mid-tiers like Ramelius and Silver Lake are positioned perfectly to pick the bones out of late stage explorers and early stage developers like Apollo.

Capex on new mines is growing by 11% PA in WA.
That puts big companies with cash in the box seat to swoop.
imo Apollo management lost their nerve and gave in to a very poor offer for the company.
Apollo already had $34m in cash and was well on the way to proving up a very large resource.
It was potentially a billion $ company.
Hopefully a counter offer will come.
