As a non holder but a holder of RMS either way you guys are getting screwed and given that both companies are offering the same kinda value it pretty much comes down to three things
either taking the 0.56 cash and running
Taking the cash and share offer which could end up more if rms heads up in price which I'd imagine they would of they got this
Or taking the third option and telling both lots to stick it for being low ballers
either way I sincerely hope you boys and girl's get more than 0.56 cps
Maybe handing out the 30m in a divy and than getting 0.56 cps
