Looks very similar to GRV issue in Feb where they did a SPP, heavily oversubscribed. Tried to raise $3million but took $4.5 million or something like that at 13 cents, after which the share price took off! Suspect this SPP will be cut back from the usual $30,000 to something less. All in all very positive in my view.
