Not sure what the terms were for the additional payments to AOM, only that they were subject to them meeting certain performance targets.
Does anyone know what the terms were or where they were disclosed?
Kind of disappointing to be raising at 2 cents per share cheaper than the last raise. Can't help but think they could have got the SP higher with better promotion and clearer information to the market around developments in Apply Direct and USS.
