My optimistic reason for this capital raise is so they can aggressively gain market share in Snare and eMite. As there are not many competitors for eMite, it makes sense to solidify your position in the market. I was not expecting this move but it makes sense to me if this is indeed the reason.
My pessimistic stance is their ability to attract top sales staff to execute.
