Look at the company balance sheet, their losses are at $2M a year.
The company is growing, but their expenses are growing too. Employee benefit expense is $9.5M and other expenses are $4.8M.
For a microcap that is absurdly high. Current liabilities are also very high at $6.3M.
I dont know if they are negotiating from a position of weakness. Either way, management needs to step up.
