Yes they have gone through some capital raises to this point the difference is now this round of capital spend is really going to drive value to shareholders more than any raise to date.

Key reasons for this

-They have the cloud SaaS offering now quick onboarding live in market. they did not have that last raise.

-Product that will support small and larger enterprises should drive revenue growth
- Pricing will go up as Adoption increases for its offering.
- this is not an Australian opportunity this is now global....
- The new COO appears to have made a massive impact in very short time

In terms of future proofing the Business

- patent for the US who knows the value of that to the business
- Iso20022 ready when banks are ready... would suggest in early 2023 but who knows.
- Payble which in its own right could be at least at 100 M plus company in the future id8 has over 50 percent stake at present .... potentially used within CBA business
- The connection of all the ecosystems is possible longer term.

Holding a small cap you need very strong conviction. Patience is required for abit more time, but after another 12 months who knows where this ends up...
