If it's a shite deal, no one is forcing PLS to enter the deal. So as you mention, you should have confidence in the board, deal or no deal, they not dummies, it's $100 mill investment to participate, then a further $60 mill to expand Pilgan plant to accommodate the 315kt offtake to feed the JV.
A lot of premature speculation on here....
