POSCO deal is inked, IMO.
For doubters, if PLS were to say the deal is dead, they will just state "regarding the outcome of the strategic transaction".
Wording it ".... regarding the Company entering into a strategic transaction..." is clearly about announcing someone (most likely POSCO) coming into the downstream JV.
GLTAH. 3 big pieces of news once TH is lifted:
1. BMX auction result - to be known on Wed 27/10
2. POSCO JV - to be announced Wed 27/10
3. Quarterly - Thu 28/10 - can't wait for strong figures and updates on future outlook.
GLTAH. I'm holding PLS very tight, and I'm sure shorts will be sweating themselves - get ready for some lava action
