What do you mean the payment issues were fixed?
The issue back then with UAE payments is still the same issue we’ve got now. The only thing that changed was EOS getting a 30m LoC from a reputable financial institution.
Also I’d be a little surprised if shipping was an issue considering the whole point of shipping the assets closer to the customer in 2020 was to avoid this?
