    CXM - if you are listening (or someone can pass!)

    1. Ensure CR is oversubscribed and if possible director participates
    2. You still have 48 hours - work out the deal with one more entity similar to Samsung, as you mentioned the discussions are in advance stange? before coming back from halt

    May be I am asking too much.
