Necessary evil I'm afraid. They want to step up the exploration drilling and prove up to JORC resource numbers and add to them have to spend cash they don't have. Smart boys so hopefully they get enough on board to get them through for a couple of years to get things to a bankable stage without destroying the s/p and number of share on issue on the way through. Management have a lot of skin in the game and plenty of experience via Macraes so their best interest is ours as well, so hopefully goes down well.
Time will tell I guess. Happy holder but would prefer not to get diluted to crap before we drill the rest of the money holes.
