I think the major takeaway from the hearing is they are ready to submit the form 2 to drill in next few days, the rest we already knew because there were no submissions, we need to bear in mind what our market cap is, when trying to get sophisticated investors to invest in what still is a speculative play, think lots of holders would be heart broken if a pump in sp over coming weeks was then lost to a cr 20% lower, not to mention burning the crap out of any new holders. There is no real new news here other than ready for final permitting application, which is fantastic because it means they have finished any engineering requirements they require for the final submission. So personally I think management have done a wonderful job going to market now as they are ready and this timing significantly protects share holders value. After the cr we can still see a run in sp up to the drilling date with no one getting burnt and also doing it before drilling maximises the cr potential .. well done management.
