Maybe BNL management already know what the deal is (insto raise) or if (less likely imo) and they plan a SPP, they are not much into speculating what the SP may be thirty days into the future.
So ... seems the exact opposite of crazy/bizarre to me ... TH today eliminates doubt and uncertainty. BNL management right now has no worries whether they go to institutions or existing SHs for a bit more money, they're not going to need a begging bowl.
Dilution? I'm not into homeopathy, but imo you can be very confident you won't be able to detect any dilution in your holding 30 days from now.
In any case, why bother claiming this or that decision is 'better' for our SP? Month from now we will never know what the SP would have been in some alternate reality. All comes down to trust and confidence, which has so far imo been well-earned by this crowd.
