At this point I agree with the assessment of most: we likely have the green light.

My take on the TH is that it's potentially required because there's a combination arm in the trial.

i.e. Releasing the decision = releasing trial design = screaming "we are in bed with XYZ"!

Put another way, I think they need what would currently be a multi-lateral proposal (contingent upon the green light from the EMA) to become a binding agreement before they can reveal trial details.

I'm keen to find out:

1. whether we're sitting on a deal or a takeover
2. details of (1)
3. what price we'll need to hit for Sammy to add Diamond to the old Chrissy card list

Bah - I guess there's a chance that there have been 50 coincidences and we'll be reading a CR announcement next week. I'm less keen to find that out, though hahaha
