I am of the opinion that if they were just announcing EMA approval they wouldn't have needed to announce a TH... they already knew about EMA approval and could have easily drafted that press release without a TH this week. I also don't think there will be a CR as they would have generally noted that in the TH announcement. Here's for hoping this all means we have a partnership announcement coming...
