Good ole Scotty strikes again. Isn't his expertise supposedly in corporate financing?
It doesn't take a lot of skill to raise these funds in a supposedly globally significant nickel project at a 20%+ discount to a very recent high. He's done this before (exactly the same as last raise), so I guess it's not that surprising... I have learned that you can't believe a word SW says about minimising dilution and having plenty of interested parties wanting to invest (at a positive price for existing shareholders), as it's all talk, and he's yet to prove this since Ecopro's early investment.
He's even thrown in a stupid SPP which means an even longer period of seeing the share price struggle... expect BSX to sit in the $0.55-$0.70 range for many months, thanks for killing the positive momentum SW!
