    Not sure why you think im mad about it, im just saying they probably could have gotten away with raising a bit higher like 60c. I only found this stock a couple months ago but did my DD and bought big back then as i reckon its conservatively a $4-6 stock even after dilution.
    Nevertheless like i said, securing $50m to pay for derisking the company and moving quickly is worth that discount
