    The problem is SW has stated numerous times he would minimise dillution and had potential partners knocking down doors and he was looking for the biggest cheque. Money has to be raised but this is the second time he has talked shit about raising capital. Do we have parners knocking down the door.....i guess the next few months we will find out.
