You’re entitled to your opinion, but consider this…
What is the real asset of a company… the MD or the resource in the ground?
MDs are transient, and I’ve seen many great MDs fail at delivering for shareholders not because of their lack of ability but because of the resource in the ground, which is the main thing that matters. I’ve also seen below average MDs deliver great returns for shareholders because of what’s in the ground.
So what you see as flawed, I don’t. I simply believe the nickel in BSX controlled earth is worth more than the company’s current market cap and are fine to wait until I see it at true value. Pretty simple, and I don’t need to love SW to hold long term.
