Hi yes look they have always had idea to build resource and merge sell...that hasn't changed ......the capital raise will be at 1.7 c ...same as last time should move higher t for those who can buy at these levels once upgrade is announced...that's my idea. Also free attaching option 1 for 2 at 3 cents expiry 2024 .
