The bookbuild is looking for investor demand. It's non-underwritten with only 2.1% dilution if $1.5B is raised. With a high ROE > 17%, the CR near all-time highs, MQG beating consensus and see's opportunities, I think this auction process is the best outcome for all shareholders.
