With all due respect that does not make sense. If we have approval we are raising capital for a project that will go ahead. Without approval we are raising capital for a project that might not go ahead should BLM decide to pull the rug.
im happy to hold and gamble those odds with my 3c average but not to keen to average up my position without the blm hurdle jumped
