One could assume so but this would not be a one line response and would involve commentary on the the protocol changes proposed by PAR in compliance with the FDA requests. PAR would also have to carefully word the announcement to include next steps etc.
I am cautiously optimistic that we have a green light here and PAR are taking the time required to update the market comprehensively and professionally while protecting the integrity of trading in a TH.
As another poster suggested the TH is a neutral indicator of the news in this case IMO.
