    I suspect it will be rights issue with possibility of a new cornerstone investor. I doubt Brian want to be diluted especially with recent purchases. Any you will only be eligible based on future date ( because stock is illiquid it may have affect of pushing price up). Maybe with free attaching option at higher price for future funding needs.
