Or are they simply referring to Chifeng's purchase of Golden Star? Perhaps they've agreed some sort of deal with Chifeng to become a minor partner in exchange for Chifeng taking more new shares in MTC? Our management team seems good at pulling rabbits from hats so we can always hope for the best.
