It would have been nice to get a price bump from a commercial agreement before the Fund raising... but sometimes to get the commercial agreements clients like to work with a company that is well capitalized before they sign on the dotted line so I'll give the current management team the benefit of the doubt as they have done well this year by reaching milestones set and announced.
