    Interesting that the TH coincides with CCIU announcement that it has an unsolicited bid (~20% of issued share capital) and separately in negotiations relating to a Takeover. I am not sure if there is any connection though.

    From memory 1AG hold a 15% CCIU shareholding plus limited management rights until 2027
