I was wondering about that too Sasha39. I speculated to myself that maybe recognising that the November oppies were not going to be taken up the Co has grabbed the bull by the horns and made this placement (or however the CR is constructed) to ensure the requured funds are in hand. Im just hoping there is some part in the CR for holders, after all it is us who lose the benefit of the failed November oppies as we bought into the CR that offered them as an incentive to participate.
