In your 20 years of investing how many projects the size of CHN have you backed..
The MRE has been the focus on the guys putting it together (CSA I believe) for months, now all the data would be crunching into a final report and people would be starting to see the scale of it.. Leaks happen so better to close the lid on it and do a TH for 5 days (I am sure everyone working the weekend) to allow it to be finalised and put to the board for approval.
Something this big and with so many involved hard to keep a lid on..
