This sounds a bit suspect. Why the need to raise funds with an Israeli Fund and not a usual approach to Australian Investors?
While this is positive in that the Investment Fund still sees upside from whatever price they are being offered. There are still a number of options at 45c that will need to be converted by Feb 2022 that should also keep additional money coming in.
