All the pro and con arguments about this institutional investment were put forward back when Canacoord got involved before.
The positive is that it is at least a continued vote of confidence in Weebit.
As far as dilution goes, I would have thought that it is simply a factor of the price they get issued at. If they are issued at a discount to last market price there will be a dilution. And if they are issued at a discount, we can expect the share price to start heading south in the short term to match whatever that price is. It is what happened before around that $1.70 mark.
I'm just hoping they are offered at not too much of a difference to current price.
